This is a very nice property. There are very minor things that keep it from being a ten. Heating, new kitchen chairs hooks for bathroom, and the placement of the light fixture. Very minor. Excellent place.

a central, secure location. The shopping centre, gym and restaurants are accessible on foot. A friendly host.
