Perfect location, very nice apartament with complimentary coffee and cookies. Breakfast at the main square, a parking place - everything was superb. Thank you, Alessandro!

Apartman je u centru, osiguran parking u garaži u blizini apartmana, doručak u obližnjem restoranu. Dobili smo detaljne upute za sve. Sve je bilo izvrsno. Jako smo zadovoljni. Svakako bih ga preporučio.

Excellent Central location right at the city center, voucher for breakfast is provided for the best cafe you can visit. The organisation in general is great, with videos explaining everything from arriving at the destination, how parking works and everything else.

Right below the apartment is a cafe which has loud parties every night (during our stay mind you), so if you dont sleep well with background noises you would have to keep that in mind

The apartment is very close (in) to the city center and there are lots of restaurants nearby. They also provided AC which was a pleasant surprise, as it was not listed in the description.

Stan je na savršenoj lokaciji da osetite i doživite energiju i duh grada Trst.Vrlo je prostran,kreveti su udobni,doručak fantastičan. Domaćin je ljubazan,profesionalan i efikasan.

La colazione si è svolta in uno dei caffè più belli di Trieste. Molto buona e abbondante. La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima e soprattutto è molto comodo il parcheggio a disposizione nelle vicinanze.

C'è stato solo un disguido sulla fornitura dei voucher per la colazione, ma la struttura ha risolto il problema e quindi tutto è andato bene.

Die zentrale Lage der Altstadt-Wohnung, das Parkplatzangebot, auch wenn wir es nicht genützt haben, sowie die tolle Frühstücksmöglichkeit, nur wenige Schritte vom Appartment entfernt im schönen Caffè degli specchi direkt an der piazza unità. Bei Ankunft war das Appartment nicht gereinigt (Haare im WC, gebrauchte Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Mülleimer nicht entleert) Auf unsere Nachricht an den Host wurde rasch reagiert und eine Reinigung organisiert. Es kann immer einmal etwas passieren ( Unfall?)- wir hätten uns aber vor dem checkin eine kurze Nachricht gewünscht, um den ersten negativen Eindruck zu vermeiden. Es würde außerdem dem" Charme des Poeten Bukowski "nicht widersprechen, einige Kleinigkeiten in der Wohnung zu verbessern: eine Halterung für den Duschkopf sowie eine Aufhängung für die Handtücher, die Beschriftung der bereitgestellten Toiletteartikel, Klopapierhalter etc.

Frühstück in einem nahegelegenen Caffe/Restaurant, Check-in und check-out ohne Probleme. Kommunikation mit Simone war super und er war jederzeit erreichbar. Parking in der Parkgarage super. Mit dem Auto etwas länger bis zur Parkgarage, zu Fuss maximal 5min bis zum Apartment. Lage absolut top, direkt in der Altstadt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Kurzzeitparkplatz ist meist besetzt, aber man kann gut das Auto kurz abstellen um die Koffer auszuladen und ins Apartment bringen.
