I booked a room with a private bathroom and was given a room with shared bathroom. When I complained, the staff were not helpful to resolve this matter.

Nice location, spacious common room, free parking and little walk to public transport so we could leave a car and go to the centre by bus. Also when I couldn’t open the door (silly me 😂), I contacted the host and they promptly advised what to do!
