"Handy location."

The flat interior was decorated lovely. Handy location to all amenities in Aberdeen.

Market St, where flat is situated, can be rowdy at the weekend. Internal passage needs some attention to spruce it up. Lift does not work, flat is up several flights of stairs.

"Deceitful listing."

Lift out of order. Not mentioned in listing that it was on the 2nd floor. Grampian lettings lied that they mentioned that there was no lift. I have the original listing which clearly does not mention anything. I was with 2 children, luggage for 2 weeks, mobility issues. Did not stay. Host has no emergency line and voice messages left on number on booking. Nobody called back. Booking.com unhelpful but insisting that they were "there for me." How? I had to stay at a hotel for 2 nights. Asked for alternative accommodation - Grampian refused. Between Booking.com and Grampian lettings, I was fleeced of £3.6K. They offered to pay half back which I refused and insisted on alternative accommodation or full refund.After that booking.com said they were paying a 10% compensation - told them to keep it. Have reported both Booking.com and Grampian Lettings to relevant bodies. The lobby stank of urine, lift will not be working any time soon. Addicts on the sidewalk screaming at passersby. Probably will not be using booking.com again as it is very clear that there are no standards checks for apartments.
