The place was so nice and clean and comfortable , wifi were working properly, and the entrance gate has a key lock and pass code

The neighbors were so noisy all the time

The apartment is ideally located, just a minute's walk from the train station and around 15 minutes from the city center. It's cozy and charming with red accents throughout, and it was perfect for two people. The space was clean, and everything we needed was provided—from towels and an iron to a washing machine, with two drying racks available on the balcony. It truly felt like a home away from home. The owner was also very responsive. There is also a lovely cafe just outside of the building. Highly recommend!

Very difficult to hang clothes as bar in wardrobe is so high - the apartment needs a small foot step to reach. Also we would have liked a small pairing knife to cut fruit - had to use the large carving knife. Also some information in the welcome pack about what bus routes to use in the area would be helpful.

Quirky apartment with everything we needed. Close to old town area. Easy to find your way around from the apartment. Comfortable bed. Washing machine and easy drying on small balcony.

Convenient, great value.

The beds were very comfortable, the whole apartment was very clean and well equipped, the location is very convenient as it's two minutes from the train station and 15 minutes walk from the city center (and also close to bus stops, supermarket etc). The host was very responsive.

There isn't much space in the kitchen/living room area if one wants to hang out in more than 2 people. But for the purpose of sleeping/eating and then getting out of the house, it's more than fine.

The apartment was very cute with all the things you need, including a coffee machine, pods, washing machine with laundry soap and the location is great if you're doing a lot of travel by train. There are also two coffee shops right at the entrance so there is always somewhere to get breakfast or a quick snack.

The area around the hotel was not the greatest, not many facilities and a good 20min walk from the more central areas. If you're more than 2 people, the sofa bed was not very comfortable and if you like to chill in the evenings with some television, they were small, old and the one in the living room couldn't even display the local channels.

It was very close to central station and very clean. There was a coffee machine. Personnel was kind and checking and chekout processes were so easy. If I come to Bologna again I will book here.

First day there was a warm water problem for shower but the personnel was very helpful and solved another day. Lack of dishwasher, a little bit smaller, it is for families of three.
