SWEET BASEMENT SUTEREN APARTMENTS parking 5 euro

İ have made this reservation 2 months ago. One Day before my stay owner sent me a message at 1141 telling if İ dont conflrm my reservation this day she will give my room to another person. İ am on holiday and İ dont have a regular internet connection, İ have seen the message at 2330; after this time İ needed to pay more and İ could find a room not an area of İ want (its high season)

So, dont trust that your reservation is guaranteed

apartment is placed in the basement, described "with terrace", Nearly no direct daily light. The terrace is also in the basement without any sight to daily light, good just for smoking the parking (paid) is not easy to find, is in another street without any description hoe to come there, the lot is not signed well.

It was dirty, full of mosquitoes because the door had been left open. Everything was old, mismatched, poor quality, poorly maintained and only the two single beds, that our children would be sleeping in were made up, the sofa beds we had to make ourselves. The beds were musty and the sheets did not smell clean. The apartment was hard to find, and while the host kept in touch throughout the day leading up to our arrival, he was very pushy. Parking was difficult also, we had to call the host to meet him to park in a tight spot that he had reserved. We ended up scraping our car trying to get in the spot. The apartment was down some steps into a basement with the terrace being just below street level where dirt from the street and rubbish were dropped in. The whole apartment was uncomfortable and felt odd. The toilet was held up by a polystyrene block and was dirty. The bathroom did not look or feel clean. Things were broken, walls were cracks, holes and dirty in places and the wardrobe was broken. I didn't even want to sit down. There were exposed wires. We stayed for five minutes and then left. We did not want to stay there, especially with our children. I am amazed that this apartment got any positive reviews-they must be fake. The air con was not good and not big enough to fill the apartment. We considered sleeping in the car rather than staying there. We would have as well, but we had two young children with us. In the end we had to quickly find another apartment to stay in, and this was very late in the evening after a long drive. If we had seen the apartment prior to paying we would not have paid for it. This was far better for only 30 euros more for the night and was called the 'Living Rooms'.

We didn't like anything about the area, or the accomodation.

The apartment is very big and you can rent a parking spot for 3€. The terrace is below ground level and so Is the house so it's a Little bit dark and moist. The bedroom and the bathroom are underground and without Windows, It can feel a bit claustrophobic. The bathroom needs some fixing and looks unfinished, there was a water leak. We would recommended It if you want tò visit skopjie in 1/2 nights max and don't to spend much. We also found a roach during the night.

Near the city center. Dedicated parking for small fee.

We prefer a shower. The bathroom needs some minor repairs and water is dripping from the air conditioner in the kitchen

it was very central and big. we walked everywhere easily. parking was easy and no issue happened.

it was in line with our expectations

Nice interesting apartment either levels. Is perfect for the summer when hot outside inside the apartment is chilly. I loved it.
