Very close to main road and front bedrooms really suffered from traffic noise. 2 bedrooms have double glazing, but it didn't seem to help much, and one bedroom has no double glazing. It wouldn't stop us staying again, but important for people to know.

Beautiful house with amazing view of the harbour. The living room is on the 2nd floor so the elevated position is great. Good facilities and lovely decor. Nice shower. Lovely patio area outside with easy access to the harbour. Perfect location for exploring the town. Hosts were really friendly and helpful.

Light sleepers may find the front ground bedrooms a little noisy in the early morning from the road traffic but the other bedrooms and all other rooms are fine.

Fabulous views from the sitting room. Nice modern facilities. Great location to travel around from. Lots of great beaches within a drivable distance.

The property was listed as having parking which was a little misleading. We did always find somewhere to park however it was not what we expected. There is no designated parking for this property instead vehicles park on the main road (if there is space available), on a grass area a little further up the street (if there is space available) or behind the church (if there is space available) on one occasion when we had to park behind the church we were approached by a gentleman from the church and had to explain why we were parking there. He was very nice and said it was ok on this occasion but explained that if the church was in use during the week we wouldn’t be able to park there. We own a large vehicle so found the parking situation challenging. Having chosen a property that listed itself as having parking we were disappointed by what was available and found it a daily stress. The property itself was lovely and suited us well. It would have been nice to have had access to a broom or dustpan and brush. We found that as the week went on the floors felt gritty with sand and the kitchen area got crummy but there was nothing in the property to use to clean these areas.

Great location in the town. Very well equipped. Super view. Nice interiors Handy outside space Was glad of hairdryer 👍 forgot ours.

The bedrooms. No double glazing, the bedrooms are at the front (bar one) & house is on the road so felt a bit like sleeping on the pavement. Was very noisy. So opening windows for air was not an option. Also bedroom upstairs the window does not open which was a bit unnerving-and hot. Couldn’t really open curtains- for the light -either as no screens/voiles-getting dressed, moving about room in morning etc Tv was a bit small but first world problem. Clock has stopped. Speaker has no batteries.

The views were amazing, place done beautifully, host was quick and very responsive to a few issues that we had.

It’s on a very noisy road and with single pane glazing it was very noisy in the two front bedrooms.
