Things were falling apart (handles on the cabinets, the door handle), we could fix it, it wasn't the end of the world, but the apartment may need some maintenance soon

I loved this apartment! It was very modern, fully equipped with everything you need, and had an amazing view. The place is beautifully decorated and feels just like home. I felt very safe during my stay, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. While it’s located in District 13, slightly away from the main tourist attractions, there’s excellent public transportation nearby. It’s also just about 2.5 km from the Parliament building if you prefer to walk. From the balcony, you get an amazing view of the Castle District.

The appartment has a good location and a nice view. There is enough room for a couple.

The bed is not comfortable. I suggest to change the mattress and the pillows. Some bulbs went out and should be changed. There should be more kitchenware. The common areas, like the staircase, are dirty. In one week nobody cleaned them.

What I loved most about this apartment was that it was completely self-sufficient. I didn’t have to depend on the host for anything, which made the stay so much more relaxing and hassle-free. The apartment itself is absolutely exceptional—it’s located in a very quiet and peaceful area, making it the perfect retreat. One of the nicest touches was the small snack provided in case you arrive hungry or don’t have any food with you. It’s these thoughtful details that made everything feel so special. I truly have nothing to criticize about this apartment. It was flawless in every way, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, this is it! ❤️

The only thing that didn’t quite work for me was the check-in time at 3:00 PM, which felt a bit late, and the check-out time at 10:00 AM, which was a bit early. It would have been nicer if these times were a little more flexible. However, apart from this small inconvenience, everything else was absolutely perfect and wonderful. The apartment itself was exceptional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I return to Budapest—provided it’s available, of course! It’s truly a gem and worth every moment.

The view was indeed unbeatable. The room was clean and well-maintained and the host was extremely helpful with the information provided. The location was good. Although the accommodation wasn’t exactly in the city center, it was easy to get anywhere in the city within 15 to 30 minutes thanks to the very convenient public transport.
