The guy at the counter had the audacity to take my phone and give full star rating to the property, I gave the phone to him thinking he had to check something regarding the booking during checkout. Not clean, water issues, wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Some itching insect, Not at all clean Dirty mattress and bed Lift has complaints Tv not working... No night lamp No water bottle Intercom system not working No sleep at all Very worst maintenance

Everything!!!! Pathetic service and staff. Staff isn't available at any time of the day and the services won't be provided to you even after 10 calls!! Even the drinking water was chargeable...atleast 1st two bottles should have been free. Had to change room because the tv was broken, bed and bathroom was dirty..even the flush wasn't working. In the new room also the flush wasn't in working condition.
