Great location close to the airport, shops and not far from Birmingham city. The house is a show house so it looks like it’s been set up that way. The beds were lovely and comfortable and the bedding was hotel quality. Very clean and white. There was plenty of towels, again white, fluffy hotel quality. Body wash/shampoo was available. The house was lovely and warm when we arrived. The host was friendly. We could enter using a passcode so there was no need for anyone to meet us to hand over the keys. The host had left a packet of chocolates in the cupboard for us. The house was spacious. Great to have own private driveway to park on. The warm, powerful showers.

The wheely bin was full when we arrived and was right at the entrance of the property. The entrance had not been cleaned and didn’t give a good first impression. The house had not been vacuumed. There was lots of debris on the living room rug, including chips, cereal on the kitchen floor and a razor cover in the bathroom The downstairs shower is very slow to drain water (despite removing the drain cover) and this results in flooding. The absence of blinds in the bathrooms. The third stair from the top is broken (as mentioned in a previous review). I would recommend that you remove the set up on the dining room table as the plates have been there for a while and they are just collecting dust. We did not have any communication with the host regarding the house. She just let me know the key code and then there was no further communication. We could not connect to the WiFi as there were no instructions. The host mentioned that there must have been a problem with booking’s messaging service. It would be helpful if you create a folder detailing information about the house and local attractions. The cupboard under the stairs needs to be cleaned and organised as it has been used to dump a quilt and vaccum cleaner. The house needs a few repairs.

No washing machine despite it being advertised as there being a washing machine as part of the utilities they offer. There’s also no tv channels and the dishwasher has water inside with leakage. There’s also a faulty stair case section (third step from the top) that’s about to cave in anytime you step on it which is quite dangerous & unsafe. Reached out to management and they took hours to respond back just before our check out. Just not very truthful and honest with the advertising of this property and what it has to offer.
