Self contained studio apartment in Burley, Leeds

A great little self contained flat, perfect use for a short over night stay.

A full length mirror in the property would of made it better for those using the stay to head of out for an evening of dining

Garden area was lovely. Was a well equipped kitchen with most things except mugs! Check in was great, really easy. Phone call from agent was super useful gave lots of information about the local area and the property etc. Generally clean except the shower. Parking was just outside the property and had no issues with spaces etc. Property was a nice temperature but we did use the radiator which was really good and got hot quickly. Property was near the main road so a 5 minute walk and there are plenty of buses to get in and around the city.

No WiFi which meant no TV as we didn’t have enough phone signal to hotspot it as we had been advised to. Not that we came to watch TV but after a long drive and a planned TV and takeaway night Friday night it was disappointing just sitting in a room. Shower didn’t drain away and when we removed the drainage plug it was filthy and full of hair. Only two mugs in the cupboard, booked as a party of three so had to take turns to have hot drinks in the mornings. Mattress was really not comfortable and you hear the springs when you move. Flooring looking very tired/damaged in places. Generally a bit of a damp smell in the property. Not sure if we missed them but could use some instructions for the appliances.

It was clean and modern.

The flooring was not in good condition, needs replacing. The hot water in the shower was too hot and difficult to set to a suitable temperature.

studio bien aménagé, propre, confortable, bon rapport qualité prix, parking gratuit dans la rue, bien situé par rapport au centre de Leeds, séjour 2 nuutsn en coupl avec un bébé. Très bonne communication avec notre hôte. Merci beaucoup.

une petite table basse, devant le canapé lit serait utile, pour le prise des repas. Mais tout était très bien par ailleurs

No WiFi. No TV with aerial connection. Couldn't connect TV to devices. Floor tiles are lifting and need attention.
