Elegante appartamento [Trento centro] Carpe Diem

The location is convenient if you would like to visit the Dolomites or the Lake Garda region.

We were very disappointed with our stay in this apartment. When we arrived, we found the trash from previous guests both inside and outside. On the terrace there was a smelly garbage bag and an empty wine bottle, and even the bathroom bin was not emptied. This made us doubt whether the place was cleaned at all. We also found a dirty cap under the bed and dangerous wooden splinters on the floor. The overall cleanliness was very poor: there was visible dust on the floor, the kitchen was badly equipped and in bad condition, with bent, blunt and even dirty knives. The broom was almost useless, breaking after just a few uses. The WiFi was almost non-existent. We tried to connect three devices, but the internet kept dropping, was often unavailable or so slow that it was unusable. We had to rely on our mobile data, which is very expensive abroad. For the price we paid, a stable connection should definitely be provided. The bathroom had a very serious issue with the shower: the water was sometimes boiling hot, sometimes freezing cold, and the pressure kept changing every second. It was impossible to take a normal shower, as we constantly had to adjust temperature and pressure. Twice, the electricity went out while using the stove. The host kindly helped us fix it via video call, but such a fault should not happen in the first place. Overall, the apartment did not meet the quality we expected for the price. We only stayed there to sleep, but for the cost, we clearly expected much better conditions.

Hot water in the shower was not consistently working. The combi-oven damaged our rice cooker, there was no instruction for the guests. No aircon in the bedroom. Ledges of the kitchen are broken. The apartment is located at the highest floor without a lift so imagine, we had to carry our heavy luggages. In addition to this, the owner was not very responsive. We forgot our pressure cooker and we kindly asked to keep it as we would be passing by again to get it. When we got the pressure cooker, it was already completely damaged! The owner no longer responded. It was a horrible experience.

Very good fit for a family. The Communication was perfect on point with clear instructions.

The wifi was very weak.

Modern full equipped apartment. Located directly under Mausoleum.

Keybox was nearly impossible to lock with keys.
