Carls pre trip info was impeccable, with multiple photos to show which key safe, where to find it, exact location of gate etc. Saved the usual pre trip worry! And he'd even left us bread milk and eggs!

Wow flat 5 it was perfect. The garden was a sun trap..The location was perfect. My grandkids were safe at all times. We loved it.The host (carl) was great loads added extras in the house ie bread milk biscuits eggs and dog treats. Highly recommend this accommodation .Also my dod (Stanley) loved it

The property was spacious, clean and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed every minute staying in this property and we are definitely looking to stay again in the future. The property is in a brilliant location, everything is so close. 10/10 :)

I enjoyed everything about my stay, no faults.

The place was a home from home. It had everything you needed and more. We stayed for 2 nights over the Easter weekend and didn’t want to leave! Carl was a great host. The location of the property was perfect and we will definitely return. Carl even left the children Easter eggs which was a great touch, alongside bread, eggs, butter, teabags etc.

Very comfortable home and decorated lovely! Owners provided fresh eggs, bread, butter, cookies, tea, coffee etc. The dog bed and treats was also such aovely touch our staffy Nala loved it. The private garden was lovely, me and my family loved our time here and will definitely book again.

Lovely, comfortable well equipped house. Owner was really helpful. Welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Fab suntrap garden with plenty of seating. Fantastic location, really quiet but only 5 min walk from town in one direction and seafront the other

Nothing. Might be handy to say the stairs to top floor are quite steep. Just in case little kids are up there.
