Garden House, appartamento con giardino a Fasano

Casa molto carina e grande tutto molto nuovo e pulito, il sig. Ciro è una persona molto premurosa e chi ha accolti in maniera calda e cortese

Un solo consiglio: la casa sarebbe stata completissima con una macchinetta del caffè a cialde ☕️

We liked EVERYTHING! You step in and you're completely at home because this apartment lacks nothing. The owners Mimma and Ciro have genuinely thought of everything to give their guests a great experience. To begin with, parking is readily available on the street, during the day but especially in the evening. It's a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment to the main square, and most other useful places (the bakery, supermarket, grocer's). The garden is small and protected from onlookers by a lovely thick hedge and citrus trees. We sat outside and enjoyed the warmth and sunshine while our laundry dried further down the garden. The apartment comes with a laundry: washing machine, variety of detergents, laundry sink, clothes'-drying stands and of course an iron and ironing board. It had all the convenience of being at home. The apartment itself was very nicely furnished - nothing from IKEA here. While the second bedroom was on the small side, it still had a comfortable single bed, big wardrobe, clothes stand, bedside table and a stool and overlooked the garden. The master bedroom was big and comfortable, a walk-in closet and space for suitcases, etc. All the linens in the apartment - sheets, towels - were really good quality, as were the sheers and curtains. This apartment has been decorated with taste and care. The bathroom was a good size, with a bidet, toilet, shower and sink/vanity all of excellent quality. There were even hair straighteners and a hairdryer. There's a fully fitted, functional kitchen with an oven, electric toaster and electric kettle. A complete, matching dinner service is provided along with cutlery, utensils, pots of various sizes and Moka pots a-plenty, jugs, glasses, cups and mugs. This is a kitchen you could really cook a meal in, and then serve it on the proper dining table in it. To get you started, olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee powder and tea are provided.

There's not much negative to say, and, what there is relates more to odd Italian habits than to the apartment per se. The air conditioning is about to be upgraded - so I can't even say anything negative about that. It's Italy in the summer so there were mosquitoes in the garden. But even then, Mimma provided repellant sprays and citronella coils so it wasn't a big deal and we enjoyed sitting outside with no ill effects. I would have liked a microwave, I'll be honest, but I know a lot of Italians aren't keen on them. Though something tells me future guests will have one to use....

The garden was very nice for our baby. Also the cleanness of the whole accommodation was great!

The street of fasano are very small, but that has nothing to do with the accommodation
