"A great place to stay when visiting Christchurch with a luxurious penthouse view over the city!"

Great location, easy walk to restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. 10min walk to the heart of Christchurch shopping district. Fresh Choice City Market has fabulous groceries, about 15min walk. Shares elevators with the Fable Hotel - they are quite fast, but may become crowded (and slower) during hotel checkout in the morning.
