Green Executive Apartment in the heart of Lisbon

Great location especially with a car and a free underground parking. Great value for money. 5 euro to get to a location by taxi. ipTV and free wifi, clean kitchen.

The location is great, nearby the metro (5min walking), a supermarket nearby (3min walking), with some restaurants and cafes and pastry places nearby too. Not to talk about the park nearby. The apartment itself is ok, not super modern but more than enough. It was actually very big for only the two of us. The bed is super comfy, as well as the pillows. The sofa in the living room is also super comfortable. It has a big fridge, a coffee machine, an air fryer and a water boiler in case you need.

I didn't like the little silver insects (10) I had to kill as soon as I arrived at the flat. Probably because it's super dark inside and maybe it was not used for a while. I am aware it's quite common in Lisbon, but even so it was not nice. The windows of the apartment are very old and let a lot of cold air come in on the sides, and one cannot close them properly (even though they are double glass windows). It was not a problem in May or neither will be in the summer, but for winter months I would not advise the apartment since it will be very cold and difficult to warm up. The chairs in the living room are very uncomfortable. Regarding the contact with the owners/intermediary people that help you with the check in, we never saw them. They sent several messages using WhatsApp with information, what is ok, but when we ask things at the end of our stay, no response was given. I would have liked at least some contact about the check out info, that I didn't receive, where to put the garbage, that kind of thing. The cleaning team also appeared before 11am check out time, which was not nice either. I would have liked to receive a warning of this from the owners. Comfort things that were missing: cotton balls or something for the ladies on the toilet, extra toilet paper, a cloth to clean our hands on the kitchen, the bed linens were to small for the bed size. Since I paid a lot of money for the apartment, that for me was overpriced, at least I would like to have additional commodities.

Great location, close amenities, I really liked the apartment. The host is efficient. Price is great. I will definitely book this place again.

The location was great, So close to the metro. Also a grocery store right across the street and restaurants and a park! Host was amazing! We didn’t have laundry detergent and they had it delivered within 20 minutes after asking them.

Very nice welcoming from Rodrigo, he surprised us with a bottle of Portugal wine 🍷 which was delicious 😀

We had a layover and it was great to have a place to sleep/shower if only for 6 hours. Not Amazing, but worth the price. Location near the airport.

Be prepared for the noise from the overflying airplanes + the nearby metro trains. Depending on which room you where in, the noise came from different directions/means of transportation. One of the sheets wasn't clean, but overall ok place to stay.

Although not in the city center, apartment is located in a great neighbourhood, where everything is close (shop, restaurants, coffees). Public transportation is also very close and it worked great for us. Also there is a car garage available.
