Could have provided table mats, washing basket, bowl for washing up and draining rack

Stunning property with lots of comfortable space inside. The property was left in a very clean condition. Great location with parking and walking distance to shops. Absolutely lovely stay and would highly recommend to others.

It was a lovely property. The neighbours were nice. Good area.

Hugely let down by bad management. The property had not been cleaned, there were dirty towels and dirty bed linen when we arrived at 5:15 pm. The dishwasher also had dirty dishes in it. We had two nights here and did not cook here. After some email correspondence it was arranged that a cleaner would come at 8pm. I think better customer service would have been to actually speak to us. That request was ignored. Of the 2 night stay, it was only ready from 9.30pm when the cleaner left. Fortunately we did not have young children to put to bed but- as we had to travel for 5 hours- we did wonder what we were supposed to do if we’d driven after work from London and arrived late at night. We had hired it as a base for the family prior to our daughter’s wedding nearby on the following weekend. It was a stressful start to that event. We were offered a reduction in the cleaning fee for our troubles. The management set up of this property fell well below standards I expect.

Spacious, really clean house with lovely rooms and in a quiet location. Close to great local shops and restaurants.
