Nice cozy apartment,near to everything,bed was comfortable, place was clean.

Pillows were very hard,need top sheet for bed .

The location okay.

More information about the rental should be posted, ie family residing on property.

The place was esthetically fine.

Check in time was supposed to be at 4pm. We arrived at 6:45pm and were told that the place would not be ready for another half hour. Host had not reached out prior to advise of the delay. He then stated that he would send me a text when the place was available. After two hours of not hearing from him, I texted him. Half hour later, he confirmed that the place was ready. The portable ac unit in the bedroom was blowing the hot air back into the room. We let him and he said his housekeeper would be over to fix. The aluminum hose that is supposed to blow the hot air out was literally being bound by household grade aluminum paper. Needless to say, the housekeeper never showed up. Place is not a separate entity from the house, so whatever they cook WILL be in your area. They decided to fry fish. Along with the fried fish smell, we also could smell the "special" cigarettes they were smoking. This experience was quite honestly the straw that broke the carmel's back. Host made promises he had no intention of keeping.

It was not for us. (we have an 11 months old) So we left.

This was the worst place I’ve stayed in a decade. The address on GPS takes you to a different house. My flight didn’t get in till almost midnight. So I had to go up in a strange neighborhood to knock on a door because it was dark and you couldn’t tell. Ended up going 3 houses down, there was a water line bust at road so the whole sidewalk and yard leading up was flooded. Trying to take luggage from taxi to that was not pleasant. Then, we make it to the door. Where I notice there is a man and music playing. I knock confusingly. I tell him I’m here for reservations? He asks the last 4 of my phone number which I thought was odd. Why not my name? Tells me it’s the door to the left. So it’s 1 house that they’ve split in 2 that the left side is this place. He’s working on the right side I assume for another place to stay. I go to the left door, check the email, and my LAST 4 of my phone number is my code to get in! Which totally freaked me out. You couldn’t dead bolt the door from the inside only enter the code. I was scared. I didn’t feel comfortable going to sleep. By this time it was after 1. I looked for other rooms, but I had to arrange a taxi too and only needed it really for a few more hours and my taxi was booked for the morning. Next, there isn’t air conditioning! There is a little roll around thing in the bedroom. So it was hot and humid everywhere! It was off when we got there. The air was sticky. You kept bedroom door so it would cool. The back door was unlocked to the patio. I do say the patio was very cute and nicely set up. Now, my other BIG complaints. There is BUGS literally everywhereeee! Spiders met us in the corner of living room/kitchen area. There were ants on the floor. There were these tiny little bugs maybe mites? I’m not sure? In kitchen sink, on night stand. The sheets weren’t clean. There was hair and stain on them. There was a booger on one of the 2 pillows. Booger on wall by bed. Booger on night stand.

Ants at the door entrance. Lounge TV access had to reboot which took 15 minutes to complete. TV program selection was confusing. Bedroom TV stopped working then started again 1 hour later. The code that was sent to me didn't work. The apartment manager was present and had to reset. Toilet roll holder loose from the wall.

we only stayed a few hours was promised a refund by the host and still nothing just rude emails we had to check in a hotel the sheets were filthy and also alot of mess.We begged for a refund and nothing We didn't stay the night we left immedeatly.
