GBLounge was very pleasant with a great view .
Kitchen ~ no washing machine , apart from that it is a good space , you need to update bin collection chart. We didn’t know where is a main bin too. Bathroom~ not a great room , shower screen and seal very dirty unpleasant same as inside the bath mouldy and dirty around the shower area, shower screen dirty on the bottom and water was leaking thru , bathroom needs serious tlc, sorry . Bedroom 1 ~Kids bedroom bed needs looking at , maybe needs the screws tighten up, view from bedroom window shocking , Bedroom 2 ~ master bedroom , curtains hanging off the rail ,view from the window shocking , bedding could be better . Overall cleanliness not very good . Feedback is as honest as we can give sadly not great . We had a good stay flat is big and quiet we hope this feedback help sort out few areas needs looking at,main door a bit tricky to open but after few goes we mastered it .

Bathroom needs tlc. Kitchen basic but ok for us. Smaller bedroom uncomfortable sleep. We think there is room for two single beds which would have suited our needs better.

GBLocation fantastic, nice spacious living room, very clean and well stocked with books & games. Bedrooms are far from the living room so no one will be kept awake by the TV. Amazing view from the rotating window seat. Free parking!
Getting luggage up the stairs and not being guaranteed a free parking space nearby. You will be able to get a space (there is plenty along the road), just not always directly outside. Minor issues and not much the hosts can do about that.

The was equipment was basic but fine. A teapot and cafetière would have been a bonus.
