XL Studio - Studio with Pool & Scenic Rooftop

Very spacious studio great views of the park across the street. All the necessities and more . I definitely enjoyed my stay and would recommend!

Washing machine & dryer were both high quality and very useful for longer stays

There is a beautiful park right in front of the building and a kindergarten.

My stay did not meet my expectations. The fundamental human need of bathroom with proper water was not provided. I was compelled to make multiple calls due to overheated water in the bathtub, which prevented me from using the bathroom for three weeks. The issue was only resolved during the last week of my stay after multiple calls. All that was required was a plumber and a screwdriver. I was misled into believing that a spare part was necessary for repair, which was subsequently ordered( not at all needed). Furthermore, the advertisement of the studio with “a pool and scenic rooftop”, which cannot be utilised for the initial three weeks, is inconsistent with the description or name of the booking . It is unclear why this information was included in the advertisement without being mentioned in the description. I request a refund, as I was promised one after my stay.

The place was gorgeous. So quiet and intimate. Not the mention the added bonus of a jacuzzi.

No complaining here, lol.

I like the customer service staff and property management staff too. The original unit had some cleanliness concerns and I provided feedback to the host. I was transferred to another unit immediately they woke me up to inform me right away (the third photo the new unit I was transferred too). I appreciate them for that. The new unit was missing a baking tray or pan, they immediately provided one the next day 🙂.

Cleanliness was a concern in the linens. In the couple of units I had been to. The washing machine needed to be aired off after each wash so the rubber gasket don't get moldy. Also the dryer needs cleaning in the lint reservoir. I refilled the water reserve for steaming feature it has. For lack of better wording the steam tank needs better care. The dishwasher is a little dirty, it needs a quality deep cleaning from someone with attention to detail. Disclaimer the two photos are of the unit on the seventh floor. The unit I got transferred to on the fifth floor was a lot better.
