The Historic Bourbon Suit walk to French Quarter

The house and room were spotless. I loved the high ceilings and the bathroom was amazing. The owner communicated well. The location was very close to tourist sites. There was quite a bit of noise out on the street but I couldn’t hear any of it inside b

The bed was okay but not super comfortable. I could hear every noise from the common area. Someone was closing cabinets (I think) in the wee hours and it woke me up. However, other than that, everything was quiet. I didn’t see any of the other guests and I didn’t hear them at all when they were in their rooms.

Very accommodating and comforting location! This location beat the price of any hotel in the area and French Quarter vicinity. Parking is free, too! Very few offer free parking and are in walking distance to public transportation and the French Quarter. Don't let the area scare you. Everyone is polite, and the neighbors are always helpful. Chris, the property manager, is a very sweet young man. His crew will not leave you disappointed! My family will be booking with them directly in the future when we are back in New Orleans!

Bed was a little squeaky, but nothing too annoying. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Convenient location

4 guys taking shots in the common area when I arrived. The "hot tub" was a clawed foot tub with no jets so not a hot tub in my mind. The entrance got totally flooded with water halfway up my calf. I did not stay the night because I didn't feel comfortable at all in these surroundings. This is the absolute worst accommodations I've ever had.
