Location was excellent. Apartment clean.

Really could do with fans was a hot weekend and apartment very hot. Noisy if windows opened due to proximity of neighbours

Good location for the city centre and castle. Safe parking for car was a big plus although a little awkward to access. Comfortable and tastefully furnished.

Check in procedure and provision of information impersonal, although owner responsive when contacted.

Apartment was clean, modernised and in a good location.

Access to parking was tight and difficult, in fact I ended up scratching my car and tyre when trying to get car into back yard.

Close to the principality stadium, close to the centre. Staff very helpful and kept in contact with us.

The apartment was very clean (freshly cleaned) and mostly very well appointed. The location was excellent and the parking space was very handy as its permit parking 8am-10pm. It was easy to access the apartment. We were on the ground floor (apartment 1) which was perfect for us.

My biggest gripe is an important one - the bed! I slept in one of the single beds and the mattress wasn't supportive AT ALL. Having a comfortable bed is a massive thing for me and this was seriously lacking. It may have been ok for young children but was way too soft for an adult and felt cheap. Whilst the parking space is handy it is also pretty tight to get into. I have a fairly large car, any bigger could have been a problem. The sofa also wasn't super comfy (but the idea wasn't to spend too much time indoors). Lastly, there was no toilet brush, making things slightly embarrassing between friends. We ended up buying one. Instructions on how to use the heating would have been super handy too (if there are any I didn't see them).

Location was excellent - quiet but right next to the stadium in the city centre. Temperature control was great and the new kitchen was lovely.

The apartment was mostly great but I found the check in and check out experience very stressful. The property used several different methods of communication to inform me of check in and check out methods. They took a £350 deposit from my credit card in order to exchange for the keys. Though it was indeed returned to me in the end, it was not clear to me how and when this money would be returned. This whole experience made me feel like I was being scammed.

The access instructions came through a bit late for my liking. After 5 the day before There was also a bit of a mix up between door code and key safe. Thst may well have been my fault though
