Spacious studio at fairview quezon with VERY FAST WIFI infront of SM

The host was kind, upfront and gave good communication. I originally asked for an early checkin through booking.com because they give an auto response for when you're expected to arrive. It was in error but I thought I might need it like an hour before checkin anyway, I ended up not needing it because I needed a sim card and traffic. Also, the location is a lot better than it looks. There's a modern jeepney right across going to cubao, a good transport hub. A jeepney terminal at the mall across the road. Plenty of buses going along. And there's the nova bus stop which includes point to point for ayala and there's also a bus for moa. And there's 3 malls nearby. For the people who like drinking, there's some clubs. There's even a padis which wasn't too busy and close by. It does get full but it doesn't get overwhelming like clubs in the more populated areas. And the cooking facilities were good, don't expect an oven though. That's rare in most places in Philippines. And the bed was comfy but it takes some getting used to, being on the top bunk. And for security, there is always a guard or multiple guards in the building so you'll feel safe. And the washing machine was handy and easy to use.

So, the main dislike was one out of their hands, it's still not fully finished doing up the building so you can't get the elevator without texting someone. So, you're too reliant on others to get up and down. There's 2 people who switch shifts so make sure you get their numbers and reception, then it should be okay. It's nothing major just an inconvenience as I couldn't get my sim working for over 24 hours and needed to go to a second smart store to get it working.
