From the furniture to the layout to the interior, it felt like home and cosy. The minute you step into the property you feel comfortable and relaxed. The location is perfect and it is easy to reach all the places.

Ubication was perfect, one of the best location imagine in old city center! Apartment was huge, many light.

Water installation in kitchen or bathrooms not was working properly, as water do not want go out from sink . Also - missing higiene articuls- soap , shampoo. Was only one small soap for 6 people, and only in one bathroom. Also , was lack of tualete rolls.

Loved the space…felt like we were living as locals. Beds were super comfortable and the space worked well for 2 couples. Kitchen had everything we needed and living space was good too. Also had super quick responses re queries/issues…would book again if in Turin…such a great city too. Not enough time to explore it all!

Little stuffy on arrival…but after couple of days letting air through, all good. Smaller shower unit needs some attention…and it is small 🙄…we mentioned a broken toilet seat and it was fixed quickly 👍 Two sets of keys would be useful as we weren’t all in the same place at times…no big deal, just took some coordination.

The apartment was a beautiful combination of old and new. The location was perfect, near the center , the outdoor market (the largest in Europe) The apt. was very large; we didn't need or use all of it. The owner Mr. Gianni was very kind and helpful.

The location is amazing and you can walk to everything downtown! The central market is just outside the door and there are tons of shops and restaurants right around the corner. The apartment itself is lovingly decorated and we were the first guests to stay there. The windows in the kitchen let in tons of light and make your morning coffee even more enjoyable. We had a good and stable wifi connection. The boiler/heater is located in the kitchen, so hot water takes a while to reach the bathrooms, but once it does, it works well. For people that are noise sensitive, the bedrooms face the inner courtyard and neighbors' balconies - one of them has their heater/boiler on the balcony and it makes a decent amount of noise. You can hear it with the windows closed. We got used to it but it ight bother some people.

The owner lives onsite but the apartment is managed by a sep. company. We had some communication issues with them and they were not very good in responding. For some reason, the message chat wasn't working in the booking app for us and we communicated tis to the management company. We didn't receive instruction for picking up the key until we had made several requests and they did not give us any instructions for checking out. We asked them via email several times, tried to call and text them but heard nothing back. I'm glad that we didn't have a real emergency, since I'm not convinced that they would have helped us out. We left the keys in the apartment and hope that was ok but we had no other choice since they didn't get back to us. It would be nice to have a binder with basic information like check-out procedures as well as tips for the city.
