Premium Central Stroud Apartment with Parking x2

This property was super cosy and comfortable it had a lovely large pull out bed with everything supplied! It's location was perfect! The property has everything you need!! And lovely having Netflix and amazon to watch lots off movies!! Also free WiFi to use during your stay this made my little boy very happy!! Very dog frieandly it was lovely!! We're deffently book again bargain for it's price

1 heater wasent enough during the colder nights.. Needs a large rug underneath the table and chairs as when people move the chairs makes horrendous noise but lovely rug would make it more homely Maybe adding a small outdoor chair and table as sitting on bench made me feel like I was using next door stuff!! Leaving a hoover would be great having kids and having to use a dust pan and brush to try tidy up!

The location was lovely. Beautiful views from the windows and the apartment was very close to the town.

Smart. Natural wood furniture. Good appliances. Owner helpful. Good views at front. Quiet.

Great location - short walk up to the very pretty castle street area. Easy checkin with great host and well equipped. Layout of the apartment is really good for a couple staying and, unusually in Stroud, a parking space. If we’d visited in the Summer we would have used the little terrace with a great view to the hills.

This was only an issue because of the time of year we visited - it was really cold and we had to move around an electric heater. The mattress needs replacing.

Whole place clean and tidy. Kitchen utensils, crockery, plates, pans, all ok. Reasonable size apartment. Compy settee, lovely big telly, lovely soft bed linen. Excellent location and quiet. Description good, and as described, as in steps and steep walkway to property as expected. A bit slippery due to weather, but manageable.

Two concerns; Bedroom had a gas fire, which was awkward to turn on due to position of the bed. Worried about carbon monoxide poisoning all night, even though there was a carbon monoxide detector in the bedroom and we moved the additional one from the living room to the bedroom. Second, and although sounds trivial, the bed squeaked! Not slightly squeaked, but a lot. Every time the husband turned over, (or thought about moving), it sounded like a bird of prey in there. Kept us both awake. Had three sleepless nights, and now glad to be home.

Brilliant location - really close to the centre of town yet in a quiet location with views out across the valley. Well equipped and comfortable apartment. Would definitely stay again.

This is really nitpicking, but it could do with a better selection of glasses - I haven’t seen wine glasses that small since the 70s. The only other moan is that the shower head is really too low, I had to duck to wash my hair.

The steps and slope to property .Heating was very poor. Heating in bedroom was gas which was very hard to light you had to lie on floor to light which I could not do

Host super helpful. I couldn’t work out how to get the gas heater working so he came over and checked it was working and sent me a video with instructions. Location great. Just out of the centre of town and only 10 mins walk from train station.
