After contacting the company on arrival, we actually ended up staying in another property with the same company just around the corner, throughout our stay, which included being there during Hurricane Helene, we were kept up to date of advice and reminders to keep us safe and ensure smooth check out, thanks to the professionalism and excellent customer service we received we will be looking out for this companies available properties next time we visit Florida. The location is perfect for access to Disney, Universal, Old Town etc and the estate has a nice community feel to it, plenty of food and shopping options within 5 minutes drive too.
