Excellent location, extremely comfy and very clean, fantastic amenities in the kitchen, all one could want.

Far too many SHOUTY, passive aggressive notices all over the building and hallways. Really no need for them in a nice place like this. Shower curtain was only 3/4 length so water obviously splashed out everywhere. At times, the water both in bathroom and kitchen came out in a trickle.

the rooms were all very clean, the quality of the wi-fi was very good, the living room is large with a comfy sofa. The bed was comfy and large.

They didn't tell me they were going to freeze £250 from my bank account because I booked for more than 7 day. As I have extended of an extra day, they then charged another £250. They used a different name to freeze what they called "deposit" and I thought someone hacked my bank account, so I called my bank to report a fraud and I finally discovered it was them. This was not something it was mentioned before and as I moved from another City to Exeter, it was not good to have a total of £500 blocked on my bank account.

The property was clean and tidy.

The mattress on the bed was cheap and incredibly uncomfortable. There was only one plug socket in the bedroom close to the bed. The curtains were thin and let too much light in. We had to pay £11 a day for parking on a different street, which wasn’t mentioned in the advertisement. We were woken around 2:00pm every night by the people upstairs, who constantly stomped backwards and forwards for hours on end. making the whole apartment shake with their banging.

The fact they didn't tell you about security deposit on advert, twice as much as flat, pay it or lose the flat and deposit took 5 days to return

Prime location only a short walk into the Exeter City Centre. Beautifully furnished, clean, secure and warm.
