Apartment with Private Garden - Central Location

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, Danke Rita. Die Terasse und der Garten waren unser Highlight, zum Kaffee am Morgen und abends nach den langen Tagen unterwegs in Lissabon mit einem Glas Wein. Die Lage, kurze Gehwege zu Metro, somit kurze Entfernung zum Zentrum. Gepflegt, vollständige Ausstattung der Wohnung.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Rita war sehr zuvorkommend, hat mich persönlich empfangen, trotz meiner Anreiseschwierigkeiten . Außerdem hat sie mir Lokal Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten empfohlen! Auch die Kommunikation lief schnell und reibungslos. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Auch die Gegend ist super, es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Bus und Metro sind schnell zu erreichen, man kann aber auch sehr gut zu Fuß zum Wasser oder in die Stadt laufen. Außerdem gibt es sowohl kleine Supermärkte als auch einen größeren in der Nähe. Der kleine Garten war für mich auch ein Highlight um einfach mal kurz zu entspannen und einen Kaffee zu genießen.

Sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alle Dinge, die man im Haushalt benötigt, waren vorhanden. Auch für meine Enkelin war mit Bett und Spielzeug gesorgt. Wirklich klasse.

Hele nette, verzorgde en van alle gemakken voorzien appartement. Host Rita is heel vriendelijk en meedenkend.

Great location, close to metro and supermarket. The apartment is large and comfortable with a beautiful garden. Got a kitchen with everything you need and wash machine. Thank you Rita for your hospitality. We enjoyed the stay in the apartment and will definitely recommend to friends who would come to Lisbon.

The apartment is close to Arroios metro station, so despite being a bit away from the core city center it's very easy to reach. We actually walked most of the time, takes you about 30min. to the sea (Praca do Comercio). The surrounding has not too much to offer, but it's quiet and safe. Within 10 minutes of walk you find nice pastelarias for breakfast and also good restaurants and wine bars. The apartment is very nicely decorated and all necessary amenities are there. It was very clean, and all was functioning well. Beds were comfortable, and in general the whole apartment is very suitable for 2 persons. One small note: noises in the house can be heared very clearly. In our case it was never an issue, noone in the house was noisy, so we had a very calm time there. Rita, the host, is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and took very good care of us.

The host was very kind and facilitative. She came to give us the keys personally and also allowed us to check in much earlier than was anticipated - very helpful and much appreciated when travelling with children. Close to the metro. Good communication from the host. The outside space was a big bonus.

City wide issue: massively overpriced accommodation - quality-price is terrible. Nobody's fault but there was a persistent smell of sewers in the apartment and especially in the bathroom. The area where the apartment is located is not the most salubrious.
