Very comfortable, warm and welcoming. There was even a Christmas tree and mince pies!

The banister at the top of the stairs was a bit wobbly which worried one of our group.

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to town and plenty of parking. Host friendly and welcoming. Lovely view of the garden and spacious flat.

Found the shower room very pokey. Just not enough room to comfortably use sink toilet or shower. Was disappointed that there was no cooker, my fault for not reading the information properly.
