Great location, stunning views. Good-sized, well-equipped apartment.

The view from this apartment is spectacular. It looks exactly like the photos. The location is perfectly located and convenient. The apartment is also large and comfortable with two bathrooms and a kitchen and dining area as well as plenty of seating. This feels like a well loved and cherished family home.

We were never able to fully settle in to this apartment because it felt like we were squatting in someone’s home. The apartment is filled with beautiful artwork and lots of sculptures and knickknacks, which made it feel much more like we were staying in someone’s home who had just stepped out, rather than in a rental apartment or hotel.

After several days in the big cities, Santa Margherita was a delightful getaway. In late May, we were ahead of the summer tourist rush, and loved meeting many locals. A short ferry ride to Portofino and a walk back along the coastline path was a great outing. The apartment was exceptionally well-equipped, clean, and spacious, with a beautiful view overlooking the bay. And it couldn't have been better located. Abundant cafes and restaurants were just outside our door, and it was just a 10-minute walk to the train station.

These did not impact us, but note that it's a 3rd level apartment, so be prepared to climb some stairs. They clearly note there is no air conditioning, so FYI, that the beautiful view of the sea is accompanied by lots of warming summer sun.

the location of this apartment is unbeatable and dreamy! And the views are SPECTACULAR!!! WOW. Had everything I needed and a wonderful clean place to land:) SO grateful!

Obviously it's HOT and there a lot of stairs to get in...also the beds are rather hard i guess. I just didn't mind so much cause I was so tired after days of exploration. great pillows!

The unit was in great condition and well equipped. The location overlooks the town circle and the beach. Walkable from the train station and across from the bus stop and taxi stand. Lack of AC not a problem with the cold weather and good breezes.

The 62 stairs to get to the unit were good exercise for our granddaughter but slowed us down a bit.

Beautiful traditional Ligurian apartment in the heart of Santa Margherita. Stunning views and handy for local bars restaurants.

I think the owners should work on the front door that is difficult to operate.
