Modern hotel amenities that you’d expect from an upscale hotel. The valet was very efficient and friendly.

The staff was inconsistent, and not very engaged. I felt like we annoyed them by asking for towels. Additionally, the mandatory $43 per night/ per vehicle charge should be applied once for a multi-night stay and disclosed clearly during the booking process. Guests should be aware of the potential for several hundred extra dollars expense for a multi-night stay!

Location central to activities

The ‘Light Rail’ was noisy all day and into the night. The hotel artwork was distasteful for my conservative, Christian perspective.

The room was very comfortable, upstairs restaurant was nice with great view and good location

The train noise outside took some getting used to and my car kept on scrapping really badly every time I entered the valet parking no matter how I drive in (please remove those speed bumps at the top of the ramp!)

Almost Everything- most importantly very clean. Also stylish and had a great bed. Great shower.

The only thing open in the morning for breakfast was the coffee bar. The coffee was fine, and the woman serving was doing an excellent job, but the setting was small, uncomfortable and unattractive. Most importantly, the breakfast burrito I had was one of the worst things I’ve eaten in a long time. I opened it up to see what tasted so bad and it was a very very small amount of scrambled eggs and a massive amount of what I guess was greasy hashbrowns with a sour taste. It was nasty. I went elsewhere the next morning for a decent breakfast.
