USIt was really clean and free breakfast was on point no complaints.
Booking.com doesnt tell you about 50 security deposit that you get back at the end of your stay but still its worth the money anyway.
USUSThe housekeeping manager over the weekend was very nice and understanding however she said she was going to give us points on our IHG acct so we could get a nite or two in our area to make up for our issues. Never happened
The fact that most of the staff felt like I was complaining about everything . The things I did were legit. They just looked over me for the most part. Will not stay in high extended stay again. The microwave quit the last night. Waited a few nites to ask for room cleaning. Ask the service desk and a housekeeper. Was out all dau. It was still in dire need of clean sheets, sweeping, etc. The toilet was so low I struggled to get up w. 2 past knee surgeries, they said it was against rules to get me a screw on elevated seat. Another hotel got m e one w no issues. The heating bandaid unit was so very loud hard to sleep the first couple of nites till we got used to it.

From 4:30 to 6:30 in the morning, the occupants above us were extremely loud sounding like the were stomping and moving things. I let the front staff know, and she acted as she didn’t really care. The staff was also not at the desk several times.
USI like that it was clean and fully equipped with everything you can need all you have to do was bring your food .
I didn’t like when I checked in at 8 o’clock with my husband and one year-old we were put on the second floor when I was asked for a first floor, and I got a call as soon as I put my bags down about my baby running on the floor and quiet time wasn’t until 10 o’clock. But they did switch me to the first floor after that and everything was cool.
