Excellent stay in Canterbury. The house was very clean, modern and spacious with really comfortable beds. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The garden was a lovely size and great for a morning coffee. Location was perfect - just a short walk to the city centre. Hosts were easy to contact and replied quickly, and the neighbour was friendly too. Would definitely book again and recommend to others.

Nothing major at all - the shower pressure could be stronger, but that’s it. Still had a fantastic stay and would stay again regardless.

Location..only 5 min walk to centre of Canterbury..parking available on front drive.. Easy use of the key safe with clear instructions from hosts. Really!!! comfortable beds ..everything you would need in the kitchen (though we didn't cook).. good size dining area...lovely treat basket and milk in fridge from hosts thank you! .decent shower with lovely soft towels.. The whole place was exceptionally! clean with lovely crisp bedding... Contacting host was easy and Toni was very helpful and accommodating .. We even managed a morning coffee in the lovely garden on great garden furniture...the 4 of us had plenty of space and would definitely stay again if we came to Canterbury again.

The house is close to the city centre, about 20 minutes walk to the Cathedral, via a path alongside the river and cutting through the side streets, it is also close to a supermarket if needed. The house was quiet and the garden was a haven to just sit and read.

We have stayed in many holiday houses, apartments, and motels over the years, and every so often, one stands out as pretty special, and this was one of them. The house was well laid out, exceptionally clean and very homely with everything we needed for our 7 night stay. We felt so welcome, comfortable, and at home during our stay. It is obvious that Toni and John really care about providing a special place for their guests to relax in while in Canterbury. We had a small problem with the shower, and 5 mnutes after I messaged the hosts, they rang me and turned up within 10 minutes to quickly fix it - and it was lovely to meet them. Gold star service, thanks. One day we hope to be back in Canterbury and wouldn't hesitate to book into this accomodation again.

Sehr gute Lage im Herzen von Canterbury. Fußläufig sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu erreichen. Supermark mit Starbucks, Kino, Restaurants, alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr freundliche und hilfbereite Vermieter, einfacher Kontakt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles gepflegt und sinnvoll. Wir hatten wundervolle Weihnachtstage in dem Haus und in Canterbury.

We've already enjoyed our second stay here. Everything has been perfect again! Fully equipped modern home with a wonderful garden to sunbathe, read and play in! Very comfy beds and everything big enough for a family of five. Very friendly and helpful hosts!

The house was lovely, clean and comfortable. Just perfect for our little break. Convenient for the seaside, Herne Bay and for the shops and Catjedral. All in all we had a wonderful time.
