Lovely bright flat close to the centre in York and in easy walking distance of the station. 10 minute stroll takes you into the centre. Very quiet location even though close to street with good cafes shops and pubs. Didn’t hear a thing at night. Flat had everything we needed for the two of us and was toasty warm during a cold spell.Owner responded very quickly when we highlighted a problem.

Nothing Maybe a few more mug’s especially if there were 4 staying.

Das einzige, was etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit braucht, ist die Reinigung des Geschirrs. Das haben wir vor der Benutzung einmal gründlich gewaschen.

There was nothing we didn't like about this stay - the accommodation was super clean, beds were comfy and the host had left us TONS of information about things to do locally! We definitely used some of her recommendations and we're glad we did. Key collection was really easy and clear - host sent over instructions a day or so beforehand. Fab location but also not on a main road so it's not too loud either. Would definitely come back!

Great location, close to all attractions and amenities, shops restaurants , cafés etc. Big enough for a small family or a couple, two friends visiting. Clear instructions about the property from the host. Nice view at sunrise this morning. Kitchen well equipped but sadly only a bit of coffee was provided. We don't drink instant coffee. Loved the wallpaper, really helpful! Nice quality furniture, same goes for cutlery and plates etc.

Kettle was in an awful condition ( in desperate need of a descale ) pictures to prove. Please use part white vinegar + water to boil it, throw it away once cold,then repeat twice and it should be good as new. It's also a cheap way of descaling your kettle. This isn't acceptable after reading so many good reviews and paying a lot of money for our stay. Stain on the mattress, cleaning done superficially. Lime scale in the bathroom, sink in the kitchen not cleaned properly. The pressure of the shower is shockingly low. One minute scalds you , next you're freezing. I didn't enjoy my shower at all after being out in the cold all day. Please reconsider changing it for a better one. Pillows need replacing, please.
