Kirkgate Suites - Majestic City Centre Apartment

Great location in the city centre close to all the shops, transport & great bars & restaurants but very quiet. Very well furnished with high quality features & thoughtful touches.

The apartment was in a very convenient position, while also being quiet and in good condition, with everything you need.

While the host was very helpful in returning an item which I left in the room by mistake, there was one extremely annoying twist. For some reason they require a 250 pounds deposit (nearly double the price of the original booking!) - this seemed quite strange to me in the first place. But unfortunately they didn't action the refund until more than 2 weeks after I'd left the apartment (after having to remind them twice). But to make matters worse, my bank couldn't see the refund because according to them the transaction hadn't been actioned properly in the first place - it took a further 2 weeks of phone calls for me to finally get my 250 back. So for a two night stay I was out of pocket for nearly a month. None of this is reasonable and I don't want to go through all that hassle again so wouldn't choose this place.

Perfect location! Right in the middle of Leeds, with all the shops at a stone’s throw! The apartment is small but complete. Lovely shower, kitchen well equipped and coffee and tea provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Also the contact with the service staff was quick and friendly.

So the only thing I could mention, the microwave was dirty. And if you are used to a King size bed, you will have to get used to the small bed. A small very comfortable bed.

Very central location ideal for business and parking at NCP and quick exit from City by car towards M62

No lift, steep stairs

Location was great close to everything, very cosy rooms were clean and tidy, great value for money
