Luxury apartment in the city center with parking

Our host Szilvi was a pleasure to deal with from day 1. She was extremely organised and diligent in her approach to ensuring our stay was wonderful. Although we never met the host we could tell from her demeanour that she was a great host. Upon arrival she had a sweet note and chocolates layed out for us which was a nice touch. This apartment had enough facilities for us as a couple staying for a handful of nights. We made use of the kitchen a few times without issue and the bathroom was very efficiently furnished. We also made use of the free WiFi which was exceptional. Optional heating/AC in the apartment worked very well too. We really liked the lighting fixtures as there were many options allowing us to brighten the atmosphere as we pleased. The apartment was extremely clean on both floors. We didn’t have a single issue with anything to do with this especially because the residents of the area don’t wear their shoes inside. It is immaculately clean. The mattress is quite comfortable and the bed is more than big enough for two people. Szilvi provided extra blankets that we used if it was cold. It was a nice place to retreat to and rest our legs after long days exploring Budapest. If you plan on a short stay, where you intend to spend most of your time exploring the city then this is a great recommendation for you. The value for money is great especially given the location of the flat and the links to public transport. There are a number of supermarkets and cafes/restaurants in the surrounding area. This apartment is perfectly suitable for any couple who want a quaint place to stay without spending a fortune on extreme glamour. This apartment is stylish and chic but bodes a very affordable price for everything that is provided.

There are only 2 minor slightly negative things I could say: 1 - although we personally had no problems with it, we could understand how some people might find the key collection confusing. There is a keypad at the main gate and then a code for the lockbox. If you are clued in then you won’t have a problem with this 2 - Noise levels. Although there is very little that the host can do about it, there was a sometimes a small issue with noise in the night from the clubs/bars nearby. This is something you are going to have to accept in any accommodation if you are staying in such a central location. Like I said, it’s not the owners fault but it is something to consider.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this lovely apartment. The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. Its convenient location made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. Host was responsive, informative and helpful! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

1) Initially booked for a 3-night stay but had to drop one night due to a change in plans. Unfortunately, booking.com did not adjust the price proportionally and only reduced it by a few dollars, which felt disappointing and unfair. 2) Finding the key box is somewhat challenging at first.

Mostly I liked hygiene of the apartment and its location.
