Spacious Oasis only Minutes From the City Center

This is about a 30-40 minute walk by foot from Stockholm. Train station is no more than 5-minute walk. It is a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of eating utensils and plates. We prepare simple meals in our rentals and there are limited pans and utensils to accommodate this. Induction stove works well. Creative space saver, no entry shower. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable seating for dining for 4. Very good coffee—a nespresso type machine with fully stocked tower of coffee options. Warm floors due to carpeting. Comfy beds and living room space. (Linens are no extra charge.) Beds easily accommodate two people in each bed. Parking would be a challenge, so it’s best to use public transportation (metro is just a few minutes from the rental) or go by foot. Windows do not open, so no natural cross breeze is possible. There is a type of free standing air conditioner/air mover that cools down the apartment quickly. A grocery store is about a 15-20 minute walk. The decor is very modern and a lot of black, so it darkens the space a bit. No outdoor eating possible (no terrace/chairs and table).

Easy things things that could be improved right away (commonly found in Europe rentals)… provide more pillows (two per person=4 per bed), a dish drying rack for small items, dish towels, provide hand towels along with the one towel provided for showering, a kettle to boil water, clear instructions on if the oven is also a microwave (if not then there is no microwave), bread toaster, broom and dust pan for simple tidying, drying rack for wet laundry, additional floor drying towels for zero-entry shower, toilet brush, recycle bins and instructions on where renters can deposit. Warning. In the front bedroom there is a loft above the bed. At this time, the construction of the stairs do not seem secure.

Electronic door lock fail on last day and one of us had to stay there for hours waiting for owner to come . We’re also challenges with the lock getting in.

We didn't get the correct code when we arrived at the apartment and it took us some time to sort this upon arrival, although Daniel was very helpful. The apartment itself was OK, but would not fit 8 people! We were six, and there was not enough chairs for everyone to sit at the table, only 4 coffee mugs etc etc.. A couple of the towels were dirty so we used our own.. One of the beds were a single air mattress and the second bed in the first bedroom as very small up on the mezzanine and I could not see two people saying there! We didn't feel like the property was prepared for the six of us coming, with only one half of a roll of toilet paper, lack of cutlery and plates etc etc etc.. All in all and OK place that could do with a bit more cleaning and should not be advertised for more that 4 to 5 people.

That it looked exactly like the photos. The property was very clean when we arrived. The host was very accommodating. Kitchen appliances are new.

The upstairs resident noise. I could hear when they walked, ran the water, peed, flushed the toilet, stayed up quite late, very disturbing. Also there is an electrical problem in the unit. Our bedroom lights - my main did not work almost the entire time. I had to use my flashlight. My son’s room had one working lightbulb. Kitchen lights over stove don’t work, bathroom light dons off and on, others as well. I addressed this with Daniel at the start of the trip. He never responded. Then the kitchen only has a junky pot or pan Dishes and cups would be inadequate for more than 2 ppl. Needs some general maintenance with the bedroom door threshold. First bedroom springs squeak when you move, which kept my son up most of the night.

On going support by the host. Promptly responding to our requests. Very amicable and helpful. Perfect location in Stockholm. Highly reccommended!

Well equipped. Clean. Quiet area. Not far from city center using uber. Responsive host helped on resolving the issues that we met in our stay.

Entry code didn’t work on arrival and wifi access instruction was missing. Both issues were solved by the host.
