Nice and quiet studio apartment, coffee included

Water pressure was a bit low, comon staircase was a bit smelly.

Sehr hübsches Apartment in einer ruhigen Gegend, von der aus man leicht zum Zentrum und zum Flughafen kommt. Das Gebäude wirkt auf den ersten Blick beim Hereinkommen ziemlich heruntergekommen, hat aber durchaus seinen Charme, und in der Wohnung ist alles top. Mairis war sehr Entgegenkommend. Es gibt auch in der Ausstattung viele nette Details, zum Beispiel einen Regenschirm, Föhn, Waschmaschine und natürlich die Kaffeemaschine.

Eine Mikrowelle wäre noch praktisch.

The apartment was very nice and cozy. The location was very good and in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable 😊 and there was plenty of room for all three of us. NB! Coffee was a very nice extra 😏

The stay was flawless. The owner provided all information about how to get to the property and what to do by WhatsApp (SMS texting was also an option). The apartment is located in a neighborhood within an old building, but dramatically contrasts with it due to its modern reconstruction and having been fitted with much more than a typical tourist may need. And there's a fully automated coffee machine.

The property is 11/10! Everything is spotlessly clean, beautifully organized, and has all the comforts you could ask for. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything from cookware and a coffee machine to fresh towels, a hairdryer, and much more. Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen, and the tasteful, personal touches in the decor truly make it feel like a home. The location is ideal—just a 10-minute walk to the center, with a direct bus to the airport that takes around 30 minutes. There’s also a convenient shop nearby making it easy to pick up anything you might need. If you’re still not convinced, let me tell you about the owner, Mairis. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed. Mairis is a kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable host. He’s fluent in both English and Russian, and he went out of his way to provide local recommendations that made my stay even better. Communication was always smooth and prompt, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay.

The decoration and the shape of constraction was incredible. If i was student at Riga, definetely I would live there!! The house was clean and the owner was amazing. He volunteered to come and pick me from the airport, he gave me in a plate the fruits from his garden, he explained me everything as far as concern the house. Τhe house had everything and the bed was very comfortable. What impressed me the most was that the house was very warm, despite the cold outside.
