Nothing!!! This property is a big scam! Don’t be fooled by the photos it shows in their advertisements. This property is the worst I’ve experienced. It’s VERY DIRTY!!! The toilet has a lot of stains and the flush doesn’t work at all, the mirror is sketchy and very dirty, the wall paint is peeling, the bed sheets has blood stains, the floor rag in the bathroom was very muddy, very dirty, and wet. The room smells like pee. There were ants and it’s very hot!!! The air conditioning is not even working good. I can’t believe it’s still operating. I will report to authority this kind of accommodation. VERY MISLEADING. If only I was not too tired and scared to leave the property in the evening when I came, I should have left the place. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.

It is in a dangerous part there were 5 dead cockroches under the bed it was horrible. DONT COME HERE!!!

Everything, from the staff to facilities , grabi ka bad. I've already heard someone complaining about everything before ko nag check in , at the back of my mind ana ko maybe sa iyaha ra or taas syag standard (the costumer) but then it happened to us. Neveeerrr mubalik.

The staff are courteous and highly accommodating, consistently treating guests with the utmost respect. They respond promptly to requests, as demonstrated by their swift assistance when we asked for a room change.

The room falls short in cleanliness, and keeping the blinds open is not ideal due to the unappealing view of aging neighboring houses. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi or television available, reportedly due to ongoing renovations.

Location and value for money.

Had been here before and went back, so considered it good enough for my needs, but I'm not a demanding person. It's a secure place to sleep, not much more. Think staff will clean room and change bedding on request, but I did not ask. Not recommended for guests who expect a hotel-like hotel, with uniforms and elevators.
