No ocean view. No chairs to seat. Cannot access the balcony. Water filtration in the shower

Great Location and Apartment was super clean. Host was very attentive to our needs. The King bed on the master was perfect y and the view from the balcony was great.

No hot water. View of ocean on side balcony far away. Had twin bed in tiny lr no chairs. No room hardly to go out on tiny balcony. Big bed in br but couch on one side in the way couldn't walk around. Weird setup hard to get around for small apartment. Pretty old building. Balcony door opened only part way. Not very nice for the money. We were really disappointed. From the add sounded like a 3 star place. Far from it. Small unheated pool. Couldn't get out of gate at pool locked in. Found another way but had to climb up 2 flights of stairs to get to elevator. Overall pretty crappy place.

A house cockroach fell on my husband and landed on the kitchen floor and he kill it. And some places was dirty from the cockroach what they leave behind.

The location was great. Having access to the pool was wonderful.

I didn’t like that the apartment itself was very small and it appeared dirty in some places. The floor did not feel swept, and the closets and corners were dusty. The showerhead is attached to an electric cord that is plugged into the wall very close to the shower. There’s no Ground Fault Circuit interrupter associated with the outlet which really felt like a big safety hazard. I also didn’t like that the check-in instructions did not include the lock box code (I had to message the owner for this) and did not warn that the key was for the inside door and not the gate so we spent a good 5 minutes trying to open the incorrect door. That would’ve been nice to include in the check-in instructions too.

Easy process to check in and the free parking super convenient for rental car. The host was super attentive during whole stay. The location is great next to El San Juan Hotel, next to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, pharmacy, restaurants. The place was super clean with lots of towels and beach towels provided. Cold A/C in the apartment. Have a lot of fun in the pool super big, the building in general is clean. Would recommend

It was clean and the cost of the entire stay did not hurt my pocket. However, in view of what I got, what they charged was over priced. You never have contact with the owner(s), only through the property managers ( AA Rentals) who manage only this unit. They seemed young and inexperienced, and did not know much about the apt or the area but always responded quickly via text or call, and answered questions as best they could. The young man they sent over when they couldn't figure out why there was no hot water in the bathroom- he was nice, knew why ( see below) and also helped get the 2 smart tv's working.

The bldg. The unit- apt 12 O. The good reviews are puzzling. The descriptions and photos of this place are very deceptive. The photos were super staged and not what I got. Have my own. Decor was college style, bare and cheap. No bed spreads anywhere, no rugs, bare amenities. This is not a full 1BR, best description is it's a 2 room studio or, in hotel terms, a small1BR suite- you walk into a one wall kitchen and ahead a small LR/DR area ( no door), next to that is a cramped small BR w/a door. Use of the word "Modern" in its title is false. Maybe they meant the bare college decor? Structurally this unit is not modern - the only thing close was the kitchen and the bathroom vanity area, and those were minimally modern, you have to avoid looking at the walls/rest of the areas. The photos were taken to block those out. This unit's structure is in poor condition and dated ( circa 70's ). Memorable: bathtub drain was entirely rusted, you'll need a tetanus shot before touching it; sign nxt to toilet, to not flush toilet paper ??; ONLY hot water in the unit is from the shower head -only because it's connected to some old world electric thing to heat the shower head water. NO hot water in tub, NO hot water in kitchen, NO hot water in bathroom sink; the super tiny & ill kept frightful balcony-never went there; the small BR had a king size mattress on top of a 2 painted plywood boxes, then they squeezed in a futon sofa 11/2 feet from the side of the bed; the LR had no sofa, but a trundle bed; the small 4 foot dorm refrigerator; the weird sloppy slapdash of salvage tiles everywhere; have to use the bldg's coin operated laundry room located in the basement car garage, that's right, You take an elevator down, then to go through a locked gate next to the elevator, walk through the garage to get to the laundry on the other side. Thankfully my reservation was 3 nights only. Never again.
