Great value, clean, safe, AC worked, amazing location within BGC

Hallways and elevator were hot (no AC) but room was fine. Washing machine worked but dryer didn’t (air drying was ok)

Very spacious and has a lot of amenities, kitchen, laundry.

No AC in the elevators and the corridor. Can smell other rooms cooking food.

Good location close to many food places and easy to move around with a Grab. The place is spacious and the AC is great, which helps with the heat of Manila. The host is friendly and helpful. Wi-fi was good.

My biggest disappointment was the bathroom. The faucet is attached to the sink by silicone glue and is flimsy, which made me feel like i was going to break it. The shower's curtain get in the way all the time when you are trying to shower, which was very annoying. The building's lobby has a musty smell but the unit doesn't smell musty. If you're expecting to use the gym, you will be highly disappointed. The maintenance in the unit is really poor and it shows. More love and care with this apartment and it would look amazing.

Poor bathroom facilities with poor water pressure/shower head. Maintenance in bedroom very poor as gaps in wall where a board had been added on wall. Poor silicone job around tap in bathroom No extra items eg toilet paper. Purchased our own.

Magnifique appartement dans un quartier calme et sécurisé. Proche d'une épicerie et de commerces. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine car il faisait froid.
