PHThe unit was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around BGC and nearby areas, just what i needed. The room had everything needed for a relaxing stay, and the staff/host was responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout the booking and check-in process even if I arrived very late. Pay parking is available within the building (basement), so I am at ease and confident that it is safe and the parking staff are really accommodating. Superb assistance which I highly appreciate because I am not familiar with the place. Overall, the property provided great value and a smooth experience.
At first I was hesitant to book, but, minor issues experienced during previous stays based on reviews have already been addressed and improved by the host. Overall, the stay was pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

A bit more information on the facility’s, like the bar being shut some nights and having to pay a !000ps on 2 other nights to go into the bar, also maybe a planned cleaning day notice,

NOthe bed is nice and confortable
PHits location. literally right next door to SM Aura.
The wifi was not working. The tv was not working. There was no hot shower. There were no trashbins other than the one in the toliet. And the stirring spoon was not cleaned properly.

CHI love this place and i definitely recommend it ! ❣️ The best area to stay. SM Aura is just across the building. Serendra & Market Market are just a few minutes walk. 7 11 at the backside.
No clothes rack to hang the washed clothes. No hairdryer. Please replace the kettle, rust inside. Please check the batteries: TV controller & AC. And a variety of pillows would make this place perfect. They're too big for an asian girl 🫣 ✌️

Shower in the bathroom needs deep cleaning. There’s mould in the grout of the tiles and in the silicone around the glass
