GBThe location of the condo is in Air Residencies Makati. There is a supermarket and plenty of places to eat around the location. It also contains a fitness centre and swimming pool that you have to pay extra to use. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Especially Alma the house keeper .
The condo was certainly not a penthouse as it was located on the ninth floor. Three bedrooms was bit of an overstatement. The first thing we also noticed was, that we had stayed there last year. Then there was the bad smell, and we also saw some cockroaches scurrying about. There is a tile in the en-suite bathroom that is loose and squelches underfoot.. we had to contact the house keeper (Alma) to get some cookware, crockery and cutlery. The photos on the listing were not that of the condo we were offered and paid for .
PHThe unit is very spacious, we are a group of 9 and were able stay comfortably. Internet is high speed, Very comfortable beds. Towels were provided. TV is too big, 2 bathrooms is very convenient for a big group, also using the washing machine was a plus. We were also able to cook our own simple food during our holy week stay. ACity view from the 56th floor is spectacular. Seemless self check-in. Host is very accommodating. Was sceptical to book at first because it was just new in the app, no reviews yet at the time of booking. But everything went well. Just spent too much to access the pool because it was a holiday (holy week). Overall, our stay was great.
