A very beautiful apartment with a stunning view and close proximity to a street full of bars and restaurants.

The doors are not insulated, and the apartment feels more like a hotel room. The bathroom window opens into the lobby, making it easy to hear all the neighbors. The bed is positioned right next to the door and the bathroom and neighbors were speaking loudly passing to their apartments. In the mornings, a waste-sorting facility operated right outside the windows, creating a lot of noise. Additionally, there was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway.
