J ai réservé en ligne et payé le logement et parce que j ai écrit pour donner notre heure d arrivée, on m a répondu que l appartement n etait plus disponible en m indiquant de contacter le service client pour remboursement. Non seulement j ai du retrouver un logement à la dernière minute mais je n ai eu aucun retour suite à mon message au service client. A ce jour, je n ai toujours pas été remboursée.
