This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 150 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. 1) We are required by Moroccan law to obtain a copy of the CIN or passport of all travelers upon check-in. This is the same practice as when you check into a hotel in Morocco. 2) Notice to Moroccan couples: In accordance with Law No.70-03 of the Kingdom of Morocco, we cannot accommodate unmarried Moroccan couples (at least 1 person). We are required by law to obtain a copy of the marriage certificate. Furthermore, in order to preserve the apartment and good relations with the neighborhood, please follow the following rules: 1) Do not organize a party, 2) No animals, 3) Do not smoke or vape in the apartment, 4) Respect the number of people (maximum 6), 5) Respect the neighborhood (no noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.), 6) Take care of the equipment, 7) Immediately report any malfunction, damage or incident. In general, report any anomalies. A deposit may be required at the property.
