Loved the location of the little cabin and it was very clean. Very quiet and beautiful.

The bed was very uncomfortable but the couch was very comfy not the sleeper part but just sleeping on the couch. Never could get fan to work in bedroom .

Cozy cabin close to the Lake. We stayed 2 days and had a blast. We are looking to come back in the fall to see the area in fall. Everything in the cabin was clean and worked. It does have a king bed so lots of room to spread out.

The bed was comfortable, I believe it was the only thing in the rental that had been upgraded in 20 years. Caddo Lake State Park is about 4 miles from the property, they had canoe rentals that were very reasonably priced. A must do if you visit the area!

The rental was old and tired. Funiture was old with cushion buttons that were popped out. One of the drawers in the kitchen was nearly inoperable, you had to lift the drawer and rest it on the slider to pull it out. The bathroom was ancient and disgusting, shower had peeled paint and the lighting in the room was so bad when you pulled the shower curtain it was like bathing in the dark. There were chairs on the wrap around porch but only one of them had cushions, really, come on owners! Advertised canoes for use while on property, didn't see any and there were no instructions on where to find them. The place is rundown and in need of a full-face lift. If you don't mind paying $200.00 large a night for these amenities this place is for you. VERY disappointed! Buyer beware!!!!
