Spacious house over 4 floors, all but one room with ensuit. 20 minutes walk to town centre. Large kitchen with ample cooking facilities. Very thoughtful Easter treats left in the kitchen for all.

nothing major but the smell of damp and sewage in some bedrooms and bathrooms should be addressed. The tap in the big bedroom bathrooms was very difficult to turn off, so could not use it. and the curfew to be quiet due to elderly neighbours not ideal but was respected. one parking space but plenty of parking spaces within 5 mins walk. The quality of pillows and bedding/mattress and general cleanliness can be improved. But all in all, a fab stay and great hosts. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Spacious house. Walking distance from Eastbourne. Well-insulated house - quiet and warm. En-suite shower rooms and bathroom.

Bean bags, bedside lights and bedsheets.
