The cottage is lovely. Well equipped, warm and clean. My daughter loved the shower!! It was nice having the whole place to ourselves and the parking right outside was great! We really enjoyed our stay here.

Just a few minor points. We would have preferred a full quilt rather than a quilted blanket, the rest of the bedding was good. The outside areas need some TLC. The inside was spotlessly clean but outside let it down. The windows were dirty and had lots of condensation so it hindered the views.

The instructions were clear and I was able to check in ok with no issues

The second room was a conservatory turned into room so insulation wasn’t great we did had heating on full but still felt cold, the additional sofa bed in living room was a plus so we were able to manage without issues. I did go in winter so you might not have this problem during summer months

The location was excellent. The views to the Cromarty Firth were superb. You can go for walls straight from the cottage.

We didn't use the bedroom at the back but that side of the cottage was very cold.
