A fashionable caravan in a peaceful seaside town

The shower was excellent! Powerful and nice seats. TV was good and Netflix was a bonus. Some nice bits and kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the pool one day.

Settee is so uncomfortable. Beds uncomfortable. The outside area had not been cleaned since the winter. The chairs and table were so dirty and green, we had to spend the first hour of our holiday cleaning them so we could sit outside. The kitchen floor was so dirty it was sticky! The next door neighbour (who lives there) is noisy and had people over drinking and being noisy outside until 11pm. Not great when you have kids. I would not stay again.

The shower was good and that’s all

The decking was dirty and broken and the chairs were rusted and filthy so we couldn’t sit outside on a lovely day.

No major complaints, caravan clean and we were very grateful for the little extras such as teabags, coffee, washing up liquid etc The only thing would be that a few minor repairs are needed, there were a few catches on windows and curtain poles etc that were coming off or missing completely but this did not spoil our stay Good communication prior to our stay

People in the site were so friendly and helpful

We had a brief unpleasant experience with the lady cleaning the pool.The previous day it has been windy so lots of cleaning was necessary.I went to the pool at 11.00 and the lady said we are to come back after an hour When we came back they were chatting with people passing by- probably working there( I am not saying we are to be antisocial at work) The lady told us we are to come in an hour again or the following day in a a very " i dont care attitude"and on that same day was our last day I had to leave with crying kids who did not understand- to be honest as an adult too I was frustrated by the attitude.The same response could be said in a better sensitive manner

The mouldy fridge. Cushions mouldy on sofa. Floors not that clean. Air fresheners put everywhere to mask smell of Damp.

This was self catering. Location was excellent, very peaceful.

The accommodation was generally good although the double bed was really uncomfortable as it had a massive dip in the middle.

the location was fantastic- it also had its own parking spot. friendly people around.

The outdoor area was unusable. The table and chairs were rusty, dismantled. this was a shame as we had beautiful weather. The deck and stairs leading to door hadn’t been cleaned for a while, full of leaves and twigs. -lots of cobwebs in the house - mould in bedrooms and net curtains (this is terrible especially as we had young kids) - mattresses offered no support. felt every spring; unsuitable for anyone with back problems - cutlery items were dirty- had to re wash. -no bin liners in kitchen bin -WiFi had to be programmed into tv settings for it to work -lots of dirt and hair under sofa cushions, also full of dust. -Drying rack flimsy (kept falling whilst clothes were drying)
